Due to slow reservations and low turnout thus far for our June Reunion, the Association may be forced to return some of our rooms back to the hotel or assume the risk of having to pay for unsold rooms.
The hotel has asked us to make this decision by April 15 so they can have an opportunity to rent these rooms. At this time, only Deluxe Rooms are available (King bed or Two Double beds). To ensure we can make a good decision on how many rooms to return to the hotel, please make your hotel reservation by April 15.
To get the preferred block rate, you’ll actually have until May 1; but we are asking attendees to make their reservation by April 15.

Please check your calendars, double-check the dates, and make certain to book your room for the night you plan on arriving through the date you plan on leaving. If you don’t arrive as scheduled (say, you booked your room for Tuesday arrival but your flight doesn’t actually arrive until Wednesday), you risk having your reservation cancelled as a No Show.
