Open Invitation from Dennis Ciborowski November 6 – Sarasota, Florida
I reside in Sarasota, Florida and am a lifetime member of both the Blackhorse Association and the 11th ACVVC. In honor of Veterans Day, I would like to invite members of the Blackhorse community to join us empty at least a keg of beer at American Legion Post 266 in Sarasota on Friday, November 6th. I know that it is difficult to hold a social event in this COVID era, but our post has an outdoor Tiki Bar where appropriate social distancing will not be a problem.
I am notifying local members of the 11th ACVVC of this event and would also like to extend the invitation to Blackhorse Association members in the area. The Regimental colors will proudly fly from the post flag pole.

Wreath Laying Ceremony Cancelled
The Veterans Day Blackhorse wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery has been cancelled due to Covid-19.
However, there will be a virtual Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund ceremony; more details can be found at this link.
