A memorial service for CSM (Ret.) Richard E. (Dick) Morgan will be held on August 15, 2020 at the Church of Christ at Deridder, 782 Bilbo St., Deridder, LA 70634. Viewing will be at 10 a.m., and the service will be at 11 a.m.
CSM Morgan served as the First Sergeant, G Troop, 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment; 2/11 Squadron Tank Master Gunner; Squadron Operations Sergeant Major; and Acting Squadron Command Sergeant Major. On a subsequent tour with the Regiment, he served as Command Sergeant Major of 1st Squadron.
